At Mayan Horizon, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality, bespoke experience. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the following information thoroughly to protect your investment and our commitment to excellence.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Full Payment: To confirm and secure your reservation, 100% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. This ensures the exclusive allocation of your private vehicle, expert guide, and all associated logistics.

Rates: Prices are subject to change until the reservation is fully paid. All quotes are final once the transaction is completed.

CANCELLATION & PROTECTION

Booking and Management Fee: A 25% non-refundable Booking & Management Fee is included in every tour. This covers administrative costs, payment processing, and the immediate securing of private resources and staff.

30+ Days Notice: Refund of 75%. The 25% fee remains as a Transferable Travel Credit (valid 365 days) for you or your family.

15 to 29 Days Notice: Non-refundable. However, subject to availability, 100% can be converted into a Transferable Travel Credit valid for one year.

Less than 15 Days Notice: Total forfeiture of the payment due to inability to rebook private logistics on short notice.

No Show: Failure to arrive after a 20-minute grace period results in 100% forfeiture of the payment.

CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING

15+ Days Notice: One (1) complimentary date change (subject to availability).

7 to 14 Days Notice: Rescheduling is subject to a 20% re-logistics fee.

Pickup Details: Accuracy is the client's responsibility and must be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure.

ELIGIBILITY & HEALTH

Health: Participants must be in good physical health. Any condition, diet, or treatment must be reported in writing 72 hours prior to the tour.

Minors: Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

NOT INCLUDED

Optional activities, medical expenses, travel insurance, personal expenses, and any items not specifically noted in the itinerary.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

We reserve the right to take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By booking, you agree to allow their use without compensation.

LIABILITY AND LEGAL

Liability: Mayan Horizon is not liable for injury or loss caused by third-party providers. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Force Majeure: Failure to perform due to Acts of God or extreme weather will result in a reschedule or credit.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Complaints must be reported during the tour. Written matters must be submitted within 30 days of completion.
