We pick you up directly from your accommodation. The logistics and pickup fee applies as follows:

  • With an additional fee per reservation: Puerto Morelos, Cancun, and Cancun International Airport (+$2,400 MXN or a fixed rate of 150 USD).

The expedition has an approximate duration of 4 to 5 hours. We suggest a flexible pick-up window between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm, which we coordinate with you in advance based on the exact location of your hotel or meeting point.

To fully enjoy the biosphere reserve, we recommend considering the following:

  • Bring a dry change of clothes and a personal towel.
  • Wear UV sun-protective clothing and comfortable footwear (sneakers or closed-toe shoes for nature trails).
  • Avoid carrying heavy or bulky backpacks to travel lighter.
What are the payment methods and cancellation policies? ⌄

All card transactions and online payments are securely processed in Mexican pesos (MXN). Each excursion is secured by paying a deposit:

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund of your deposit at no cost.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: 100% of the total amount applies to support the operational commitments agreed upon with the cooperative and our team.
