Is the price shown in the table per person or for the entire private group? ⌄
The price indicated in our list is per person. Since it is a 100% private expedition, the rate per member decreases as your group size increases (for example, we have preferential rates starting from 6 guests), always guaranteeing that the transport and experience are exclusively for you, without mixing other groups.
Do activities like ziplines and canoeing require advanced physical condition or are they suitable for the whole family? ⌄
The activities are designed to be enjoyed at your own pace and with total safety. They are fully accessible to most people and families:
- We have professional equipment and a certified guide who accompanies and assists you from start to finish.
- The canoe ride and access to the cenotes are calm, focused on relaxation, cultural immersion, and enjoying the surroundings without rush.
How is the pick-up point coordinated if I am staying outside of Tulum? ⌄
We pick you up directly at your hotel lobby or agreed meeting point. The logistics rules are very clear:
- No extra charge: If you are in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Playacar, or Playa del Carmen.
- With additional charge: For stays in Puerto Morelos, Cancun, or from the Cancun International Airport (+$2,400 MXN / $150 USD fixed) to cover special transportation.
What equipment is included and what do I need to bring personally to the tour? ⌄
We take care of the essentials so you can travel light. The tour includes snorkel equipment for water activities, admissions, food, and drinks. We suggest bringing:
- Comfortable clothing or swimwear, and closed-toe shoes for the trails.
- Personal towel and a change of dry clothes.
- Note on sunscreens and repellents: To protect the fragile underground water reserve and the sacred cenotes, the use of sunscreens and repellents is not allowed in any of our cenotes (not even "biodegradable" ones, as their oils alter the delicate balance of the aquatic ecosystem). We suggest coming prepared with UV protection clothing or long-sleeved shirts for outdoor journeys and exposed areas (such as the open cenote); we assure you that the freshness of the water and the natural shade of the jungle on the trails will make you enjoy it to the fullest without needing them.
How can I book the date of my expedition and how far in advance should I do it? ⌄
You can check availability directly through our contact button or WhatsApp. We recommend booking your date in advance—especially during high season—to ensure the exclusivity of your guide and private vehicle at your preferred time (suggested at 8:30 AM).
